SASUSG will be participating in the forthcoming IUCN World Conservation Congress to be held in early October 2008 in Barcelona, Spain.
Our participation will take the form of an Alliance Workshop that will be run in collaboration with IUCN ESARO, the European SUSG and Resource Africa amongst others. The Alliance Workshop will be called - 'Voice of the Voiceless' - bringing the concerns and questions of communities in southern and eastern Africa regarding climate change, health and crisis onto the global table.
